My BIRTHDAY!

Well the time has come this year again... 
         It's my birthday on Saturday! I'm so excited 
              because I am turning the big 18! SCARY!!!I hope 
                  it is going to be a good one! I'm looking forward to it!
                      Well my mom and I have already celebrated some of it
                            we went to the circus and dinner, and mmmm it was so
                               YUMMY! I about peed my pants though because I was 
                                    laughing so much! Who knows what 18 will be like? I'm 
                                        looking forward to it! :) I'm having a party too! Muah ah ah ;)

Death, Fears, Life, and HOPE

I am afraid of dying. Isn't everyone though? Are you afraid of dying? I don't want to die. I'm afraid of losing my mom. I'm afraid of getting hurt. I'm afraid of losing my family, friends, the joy that I have to golf. I'm afraid of being ordinary. Really, who wants to be ordinary? Be EXTRA ordinary :)
I live in the present.
Don't be sad, don't think about death. Think about life.
I wake up every morning and thank the Lord for another day. Who knows when we will all die? I don't like to think about that. It's too depressing. Live life in the now.
Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.
Love the people who treat you right, & forget the ones who don't.
Believe that everything happens for a reason.
No one said LIFE would be easy, they just said it would be worth it :)

Seven Days In Utopia

Well fellow friends if you like golf a little bit or a lot, keep reading.
My mom and I went to go see this movie called Seven Days in Utopia. Rating = 5 Stars!! I loved it so much that we went to go see it again in the same week!
MUAH AH AH AH AH!! The movie is about golf, more the mental part of the game. It teaches you a lot and it changed my game forever.
For example... (This part gets goooood) :P
I went to a golf course with my mom to play on Sunday after church and I wasn't expecting anything at all right?! We were planning on playing 27 holes, I know we are crazy, so we started off on the first 18 and let me tell you the tee times were so backed up we were sitting there picking our noses! (Just kidding, not really) ANYWAY, getting off topic, I was hitting some really good shots, then what do you know I hit a bad one! Well I kept going and going, and by the time we were done 5 hours later, I counted up my score card, with out cheating and I had shot a 75... THAT'S ONLY 5 OVER PAR!! WHAT THE ****?! (Sorry if that offended you) HOLY CHEESE ITZ!! Was the possible? Did I really play that well? I guess I did. It did not seem like it because we were waiting forever on each hole.
I was so proud of my self and so was my mom. Oh FYI my mom shot a 79 :) Be proud of her too :D
Okay so once we were done with that 18 I was pumped up for another 9 holes. We go out and I start off with PAR, okay this is looking good. We keep going, no wait this time. I had a little hiccup on 11 but I moved on.
Found out that I could get on the green in 2 on a PAR 5 and birdie the hole. The next hole came along and I found out that I drove the green on a PAR 4 and I was only 6 feet from the hole! What are the chances of that! And that green is really hard to get on in 1. Well I made my putt for EAGLE and moved :)
All said and done, counted my score up, I had shot a 32 on PAR 35! I was so stoked! Lowest score I have ever had! What now SHAWN!!! (inside joke) MUAH AH AH AH AH!! Gotta love it!
OHHH.. crap anyway the movie tells you See it, Feel it, Trust it. See the shot, paint the picture in your head. Feel the swing, feel yourself hit the ball on the green. Trust the shot, trust that the ball will land where you pictured it to. If you do that, you will shoot in the 60's or 70's, just like me :) Go see the movie too. I don't care if it costs money, go see the freaking movie, jeez! :)

My Broken Dreams. . . . . .

I walk this lonely street full of darkness. The sky is an old grey color. I walk down this road seeing the dark ending wanting to stop. But I have to keep walking, to see what could be. I walk towards the end of this road. I have no future. I have no life. I am stupid. I am ugly. I have no family, no friends, no love.

I used to have light in my life. The presence of love. The presence of sweet joyful laughter has escaped. I walk this lonely street full of depression. I have nothing to look forward to. I have nothing holding my head up high. I want to leave this earth and be with my friends and family. Why did they leave me?! Who will come and rescue me? Will anyone rescue me? I've walked this lonely road all alone for many years.

I promised. I promised her I would continue my dream. I am continuing my dream only with her by my side only in spirit. I walk this course alone. I have no one to guide me. No one to tell me where to aim. I am walking only with my shadow. I have no one to back me up. I have nothing to persue. I want to be done.

Mom I love you oh so very much and I always worry about you. I want you to be okay. I think about you over and over again every minute of the day! I hope you are okay! I think about you like golf clubs think of golf balls. I think about you like work is stress! I love you mom!

My world today

So many things have changed as I have grown up. I am almost 18 years old. Time to grow up! But who really wants to grow up?? Everyone wants to be a kid! I know on the outside over the years I will look older, but inside I will have a kid left in me. No one wants to grow up and have to pay for everything, I mean come on, things can get expensive! No one wants to leave home, no one wants to see the real world. If you think about how you're feeling while you read this you'll understand. No one wants to say it out loud but I know each and everyone of us do NOT want to grow up!
I want to make this blog personal so people can see me but no one will know who I am really.
LIfe is hard at times, you lose track of what's happening around you... There are so many challenges that I must get through and sometimes I just want to give up. But can you really just give up? Can you just let it all go and never come back? I know that probably doesn't make any sense. Why?!! WHY is the big question all of us ask every single day! Why this, why that? But I have learned, that we don't need to ask why because no one said it would be easy, they just said it would be worth it. We all have our own lives, and some are worse than others, some take theirs for granted, some don't appreciate what they really have in life. But take a step back and step into another persons shoes then I am sure you would think about the world differently and understand. Don't take your life for granted.
